Hilly, with generally Limestone-clay soils, well-drained nd pebbly.

The harvest is handmade at the end of September, cold maceration at low temperature for about 6/12 hours, soft pressing, static settling of the free run juice and fermatation temperature controlled at 15°C.

Perfect as an aperitif, it matches shellfish ans fish-based dishes.

Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish, almost crystal hues. Bouquet: delicate hints of green apple and white flowers. Fragrance: balanced, dry, savoury, slightly acidulous and with a good structure.
