Winemaking
Crushed grapes macerated for 15 days at 28° C. After lees are drawn off the wine is racked to small oak barrels, where it matures for 15 months. Further refining in the bottles.

We recommend opening the bottle an hour before pouring. An ideal partner for roasts, stews and game.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red colour. Perfect harmony between fruit varieties (currants) and spices. Full, well-balanced taste and lingering nose-palate presence.
