The two wines are distilled separately and the two fresh aqua vitae are very fine and delicate. They are then aged for 10 years in small French oak barrels and at the end of the process they are blended.

Obtained from distillation of Trebbiano and Schiava wine, with special preparation and vinification for aqua vitae production. Trebbiano is a tried and tested variety, including by the French school, while Schiava comes from late harvest grapes in high hill areas. - Tasting Notes
Aged wine aqua vitae has an amber, not dark and absolutely natural colour; its scent is delicate, complex and particularly warm; its taste is quite full, special, pleasantly fine and lingering. - Shipping Outer
