Winemaking
Traditional red wine vinification process with extended marc-must contact (15 days). Frequent racking in early days of maceration days, reduced to two during the last week. Matured for 15 months in small oak barrels, blending and subsequent bottle refinement.

Description - Pairing
We recommend opening the bottle an hour before pouring. This is a solidly-built wine, a perfect companion for red meat and game dishes, or to serve with cheeses at the end of the meal.

Intense ruby red colour; well-rounded, complex aroma, with overtones of spice and berries; elegant, lingering, balanced taste.
