Fermentation is constantly controlled. At the end of fermentation, the apple pulp is macerated for quite a long period, depending on the year and fruit quality. Distillation is conducted in a special way to try and protect, as far as possible, the complexity of primary aromas. A refining period follows in small stainless steel containers.

This liquor is made from the most aromatic varieties of apricot produced in the Edmund Mach Foundation collection. A painstaking selection of the most ripened and healthy fruit and a great attention during fermentation and distillation allow us to obtain this delicate brandy. The result is a fresh, fruity scent that explodes in its fruitness on the palate, where it transmits the feeling of apricot juice, pleasant and well blended. Taste it fresh but not cold. Serve at a temperature of 14°C. - Tasting Notes
